It is also unknown if she is good or evil because she does all she can to amuse herself weather her actions are kind or cruel. In either case her lack of emotional expression can make her difficult to read. Minerva in her true form is rather slim but she enjoys the reaction that she gets in her larger physique.

The lines are very smooth this time around, are you using Adobe Illustrator? They almost seem like vectors looking at it in this view.
I like the improvement in coloring as well, a lot more shading and highlights used, in fact if I didn't know better I would guess some bevel was used in some areas of the picture.
Definitely has an animated feel to it though, keep up the good work!
